To strengthen the companys position in the market, we are looking for an experienced and future-oriented Country Manager Germany. Coun­try Ma­na­ger Ger­ma­ny Role & Purpose of the Position In this demanding position you will drive the clients sales and market penetration to achieve financial KPIs and growth targets for the company product lines. You will provide leadership and guidance to all staff and lead your direct reports in Sales Management, Operation Management, After Sakes and Technical Services. Moreoever, you will set the strategic direction and objectives, work out local action plans, motivate the team and ensure transparency with regard to assignments and goals. Furthermore, you will ensure well working processes across the office departments and establish a positive and professional reputation of the company towards all stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for sales budget and P&L performance in the designated area Define and execute Channel strategies Identify and develop new markets Take steps to analyse product unit sales, devise action plans to increase market share and advise on product phase-out strategies Cooperate within a matrix structure between sales regions Support segment related marketing activities in the sales region Analyse the sales activities and key performance indicators of the region and monitor the external market Recommend tactical plans and programmes for the achievement of sales goals Manage the forecasting of the sales order planning process and provide regional strategic operations planning input (SOP) Your Profile Commercial or technical background with a further education and in-depth knowledge in sales/channel management At least 8-10 years industry experience in an equal position or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong market knowledge within the industry in Germany is desirable Broad external network within the industry (or associated industries) and eager to build relationships Ideally with a software background Strong people management and leadership skills as well as strategic thinking skills Experience in key account management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels and functions Professional in approach and apt at public speaking and building relationships with professional bodies Knowledge of German working conditions, culture and approach is required Willingness to business travel Fluency in English and German (written and verbal) is a pre-requisite Ability to write reports, business plans, business correspondence Computer skills required: Microsoft Office suite, Business Warehouse, SAP CRM software solutions (e.g. Salesforce.com or ONYX preferably) The Offer Are you interested in being part of this innovative and successful high-tech group?
