Sales Operations Director DACH/Benelux (m/f) Your Responsibilities: Act as key business partner, Chief of Staff and trusted advisor to the Regional Vice President DACH/Benelux Management of the regional Business and Sales performance by creating and optimizing business tracking, weekly forecasts, quarterly reviews etc. Establishment of an effective and efficient pipeline and forecasting process Enforcement of a consistent Sales Methodology and solid deal management processes: continuous improvement at the deal-level, regular deal and account reviews, change management etc. Development of market-based ROI business case analyses to aid strategic decision making Your Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in operations, experienced in business partnering with senior sales leaders Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders on all functional levels Prior direct sales or inside-sales experience is beneficial University Degree, an MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualifications is a plus Excellence communication skills, ability to work with virtual teams across the three geographies Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PPT skills Oracle CRM skills to an intermediate level and extensive CRM experience Our Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to be part of a true market leader Multicultural and international environment Interested ?
