Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Design, create, & implement the needed promotion mixes for each of the three UPM Biocomposites businesses with focus on digital marketing but also including nondigital promotional tools (, e.g., point of sale merchandizing materials and trade events) Achieve brand preference for UPM Biocomposites' products amongst the targeted stakeholders and markets, e. g., industrial manufacturers, distribution firms, professional installers, architects, and designers, as well as consumers (focus market areas include Europe and Asia) Ensure the effective measurement of the campaign performance and maximize the return of the seven-figure promotion budget Collaborate closely with the business leaders to develop marketing and communication strategies, and where relevant, participate in customer meetings to ensure the optimal design and implementation of the promotion mixes Take an active role in UPM's Stakeholder Relations and build effective networks for collaboration and joint projects Lead the UPM Biocomposites' Marketing Communications team in accordance with UPM's values
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or communication - or alternatively in a similar academic field if demonstrable professional experience in marketing and communication is available Proven expertise in building, running, and optimizing product marketing campaigns Experience in establishing digital marketing and communication activities and managing related channels and tools in close co-operation with sales teams Proven track record of delivering ROI with marketing campaigns Commitment to be at the forefront of creating a world beyond fossils through the commercial success of more sustainable products Proven track record of successful innovation Clear strategic thinking Agile, collaborative, and entrepreneurial approach to work as well as success and ideally experience in a full-scope marketing role in a start-up context Proficiency in German & English; further languages are a plus Experience in working on international projects, with international companies and in international teams
