Successfully completed (technical) university degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable technical/scientific field of study Solid professional experience in the VCSEL and semiconductor industry required Experience with high-frequency technology for data communication as well as aging mechanisms and reliability of VCSEL components Profound knowledge in semiconductor technology and/or device physics Broad knowledge of available frontend processes Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style High level of problem-solving ability and analytical thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills Very good command of English, both written and spoken; medium German skills are desirable
