University degree in relevant field
Experience in product development projects
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Fluent English and German (business level)

Stress resistance, quick comprehension and focus on defined goals
Ability to multi-task, well organized and structured way of working
SCRUM.org certification and SAFe certification are beneficial
Coaching skills are beneficial
