Responsible for whole application lifecycle and service management Setup and maintain support model with external suppliers for shared business applications Adhere to Contract management, service level agreements, service measurements and service quality Collaborate and manage stakeholders (business, IT, external partners, countries and management) Process incident problem, change management and request fulfillment in collaboration with partners Comply with governance and guidelines in the area of service management and service strategy Work on service design and service catalogue based on application portfolio Manage application service transition topics (change and release management activities)
