Zur Position Sie entwickleln Inhalte und Implementieren Schulungsprogramme für neue Produkte oder Anwendungen inklusive der Auswahl der Referenten Sie konzipieren maßgeschneiderte Schlungsprogramme für Vertriebs- und Servicemitarbeiter sowie Kunden und sind für deren Umsetzung verantwortlich Sie bauen das digitale Angebot rund um Online-Seminare, Lernmanagementsysteme und Lernportale kontinuierlich aus Sie haben ein gutes Auge für die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Fort- und Weiterbildungsbereichs und sind für die kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung verantwortlich Sie sind verantwortlich für die Nachverfolgung der Schulungserfolge in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb Sie betreuen die Entwicklung, Auswahl und Abwicklung von Online-Programmen für Webinare Sie evaluieren durchgeführte Trainings mittels geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Bewertung von Leistung und Fortschritten You will develop content and implement training programmes for new products or applications, including the selection of trainers. You will design tailor-made training programmes for sales and service staff as well as customers and be responsible for their implementation You will continuously expand the digital offering of online seminars, learning management systems and learning portals. You have a good eye for the efficiency of the training and further education sector and are responsible for continuous quality assurance You are responsible for the follow-up of training successes in cooperation with the sales department. You are responsible for the development, selection and handling of online programmes for webinars You evaluate conducted trainings using appropriate measures to assess performance and progress
