Full P&L responsibility for the entire business in Spain & Portugal Providing positive and dynamic leadership to the management team Take hands-on leadership role in further developing the business within the existing markets and into new markets Growing market share of current business relations with emphasis on solution sales and industry 4.0 applications Expansion of key markets such as machine building & robotics, automation, transportation, e-mobility, and renewable energies as well as identification of new business opportunities Staffing and personnel development Defining mid- and long-term business plans for the region Direct reporting line to the German HQ
