R&D Hardware Project Manager (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

o University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline o Experience in the areas of multi-KW power supply HW and Thermal management of high-power electronic equipment o Strong team working and problem-solving skills, superior communication skills (cross-functional, internal/external, cross-cultural) across hierarchy levels o Strong coordination skills, ability to lead and influence x-functional teams o Strong self-management, ability to set proper priorities o Fluent in German and English language Furthermore, ideal qualifications: o Knowledge and experience of Manufacturing processes for Power electronics and mechanics o Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, MS-Project,...). o Experience with CAD Tools for simulation, schematic entry, and mechanical construction
