Your tasks comprise Foundation Year and Undergraduate Recruitment as well as managing the Service Level Agreement with our Pathway Provider. Support the successful growth of the new strategic partner - Your task will focus within the first cohorts to the Pathway Provider Project Management as long as the implementation is in a steady-state condition. As soon as the Project Management tasks are running smoothly, you are managing the service level agreement: Coordinate JUB departments to align with contractual obligations and processes agreed with the Pathway Provider Create new processes between JUB and the Pathway Provider where necessary Communicate all processes and contractual obligations to both the Pathway Provider and JUB Contact person for the Pathway Provider on campus for all business and operational topics Liaise between academic representatives and operations to ensure goals are aligned General administrative work Recruitment of Foundation Year & Undergraduate Students: Developing and executing recruitment plans to enroll a maximum number of students Representing the university offerings at on and off campus events such as fairs Conducting outreach to undergraduate institutions to present to targeted student populations Developing and managing on and offline marketing activities and events Recruiting, advising, guiding prospective students individually and following up with applicants to encourage completion and submission analyzing regional and global market trends and identifying new prospective student pools preparing relevant statistics and reports and monitor recruitment funnel undertaking any associated administrative tasks as assigned As long as the Project Management is successfully completed, you increase your recruitment activities and support of the recruitment team. After having the first pathway provider cohorts on campus, you take over other tasks from the operations of Student recruitment and cover your own regional market, You report to the Head of Undergraduate Recruitment and within the project implementation of the pathway provider to the Head of Business Solutions.
A completed university level degree Strong intercultural awareness and competencies Initial work experience, preferably in the area of admissions, student recruitment, international education, and/or university marketing Interest or experience in marketing/sales Experience of living, working and/or studying overseas Excellent written and spoken English Preferably knowledge of German and/or another foreign language Experience with public speaking and the ability to communicate with a diverse audience Strong ability to realize goals and critically evaluate outcomes A high level of organizational skills and commitment with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and solve problems Ability to initiate and implement projects independently and as part of a team High level of comfort with technology and data and willingness to learn and use new technologies A high willingness to travel
