Sales Director Sealing Technology (m/f/d) - China
Full responsibility for sales, marketing, and distribution in the region
Maintaining and deepening contact with key customers (local + international companies) in markets such as pharma, chemical, and food&beverage
Take a hands-on leadership role in acquisition of new customers and further development of the business
Observing the market and analysing customer-, product- and competition-related information
Designing and implementing of regional sales and marketing concepts
Preparation of sales planning, budget, and key sales figures
Engineering Degree or equivalent technical training
Long term experience in sales or business development with documented success in an industrial company
Good knowledge in the field of industrial sealings or other demanding technical products for process industry applications
Profound technical knowhow
First Leadership experience or ability
Customer-orientation and hands-on-attitude
Entrepreneurial, result-driven personality with conceptual and strategic strength
Very good skills in Chinese and English
Trustful personality living in the Greater Shanghai/ Nanjing Area
