Senior Climate Sense Engineer (m/w/d)

Work closely with Gentherm's business leaders and product managers to win new ClimateSense programs in Europe. Lead the technical part of customer engagements for Advanced Cabin Comfort Solutions with OEM's. Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of Gentherm's solution. Develop deep understanding of how Gentherm's ClimateSense system with hardware, software and thermal components works and how it's value for health, wellness, comfort, energy efficiency for the occupant can be maximized for each OEM's needs. Work closely with OEM's, build a trustful collaboration relationship and define joint concepts, API's and UX interfaces to integrate Gentherm software and technology into the OEM's todays and tomorrow's vehicle architecture. Design cabin comfort solutions with E/E architecture, thermal architecture, software platform configuration and deep integration into OEM's vehicle architecture. Lead cross functional engineering project teams to build and integrate predictive cabin comfort solutions into production vehicles for demonstration, marketing and pre-sales purposes. Design and oversee validation experiments in a thermal chamber and on the road. Analyze data and present data driven value to customers. Train and guide engineering technicians to calibrate and test the solution for maximal comfort experience and energy efficiency. Provide direction to suppliers as required to achieve the required deliverables. Be an inspiring thought leader in the automotive industry. Represent Gentherm's cabin solutions at public events.
