Responsiblity for all manufacturing activities of the asset in terms of legal, safety, operations, maintenance, logistics and engineering Management of all employees belonging to the asset Develop and implement site programmes for the safe and reliable operation of the asset ensuring compliance with federal and regional regulations and the INEOS SHE principles Ensure behavioural SHE and PSM targets are met and continuously improved Develop long-term operation maintenance and CAPEX strategies for the competitiveness and integrity of the asset Manage and control all manufacturing costs including fixed and variable costs and working capital, whilst maintaining plant reliability and increasing MPR Deliver production volumes, product quality standards, variable and cash fixed cost targets Maintain excellent communication with all internal and external stakeholders

For our Cologne site we are looking for an   Asset Manager (m/f/d) INEOS is a young and vibrant global chemical company.
