In this client-facing role, you will be respon­sible to gen­er­ate and de­velop busi­ness oppor­tu­ni­ties to­gether with our part­ners across indus­tries. You will assume re­spon­si­bil­ity to gen­er­ate new ideas for our part­ners and test those with­in the mar­ket. You are part of inter­dis­ci­plin­ary teams, work­ing to­gether along the value chain and across Europe.

Berater Versicherungen (m/w/d) About the team We are a dynamic, inter­na­tional team which strives to cre­ate dig­i­tal, sim­ple and trans­par­ent white label­ing solu­tions. You will be part of iptiQ EMEA P&C's busi­ness devel­op­ment team, which is respon­si­ble to cre­ate tai­lored retail solu­tions with our exter­nal part­ners, to serve the B-B-C mar­ket. We use the Swiss Re net­work to access state-of-the-art tech­nol­o­gies and capa­bil­i­ties, com­bin­ing it with local exper­tise and an inno­va­tive mind-set, con­stantly ques­tion­ing cur­rent ways of offer­ing in­surance. You are part of inter­dis­ci­plin­ary teams, work­ing to­gether along the value chain and across Europe. iptiQ P&C is new to the Ger­man mar­ket and you will be one of our first employ­ees devel­op­ing the mar­ket. You are in­vited to make first steps in tai­lor­ing our flex­i­ble solu­tions to our B2B2C part­ner­ships. You are work­ing closely with our (re)in­sur­ance and cor­po­rate solu­tions account man­ag­ers, tak­ing advan­tage of Swiss Re's global net­work to build and grow the busi­ness pipe­line. Pre­ferred place to work is Munich, but Frankfurt or Hamburg would also be pos­sible. About you University degree or equiv­alent Several years of relevant work expe­ri­ence in the P&C retail space (Prod­uct Man­age­ment, Prop­o­si­tion Devel­op­ment, Client Man­age­ment or Con­sulting) Leadership or extensive proj­ect man­age­ment expe­ri­ence in exe­cu­tion of com­pre­hen­sive deliv­er­ables across the insur­ance value chain Good understanding of P&C re­tail insur­ance mar­kets, prod­ucts and reg­u­lat­ory frame­works in Germany Creative full of ideas on how to im­prove the cur­rent mar­ket prac­tices and enhanc­ing the cus­tomer expe­ri­ence through sim­pli­fied and trans­par­ent products Hands-on and indepen­dent work­ing style, embrac­ing cross-func­tional teams and part­ner­ing with dis­tri­bu­tion part­ners from dif­fer­ent indus­tries and back­grounds Technology-minded with a clear view on how tech­nol­ogy can be used for cus­tomer-friendly under­writ­ing and more attrac­tive insur­ance products Entrepreneurial ability to dem­on­strate com­mer­cial acu­men when part­ner­ing with part­ners and driv­ing prod­uct inno­vation Clear and effective com­mu­ni­ca­tion with in­ternal and ex­ternal busi­ness lead­ers in both Ger­man and Eng­lish; flu­ency in other EU lan­guages is an ad­vantage About iptiQ EMEA P&C iptiQ EMEA Property & Casualty is a newly built unit with­in Swiss Re Life Cap­i­tal, estab­lished to de­liver dig­i­tal-native and cre­a­tive solu­tions for Prop­erty & Casu­alty (P&C) cli­ents and part­ners across Europe that engage with con­sum­ers in non-tra­di­tional ways.
