Objectives of the Position and Responsibilities As Business Development Director reporting directly to the CEO, the searched candidate will have the unique opportunity to manage and develop a practice with a high performing team of experienced business professionals and entrepreneurs. He/she will play a key role in shaping the future of the company and have an impact on the market by introducing new clients to the company. Required Qualifications In order to be successful in this highly challenging role, the searched Business Development Director should possess the following competencies and experiences: ·         At least 7 years of consulting experiences in Life Sciences, working for a leading consultancy firm. ·         Has successfully won projects related to Commercial, Productivity, Procurement, Tech Ops, R&D, Digital (Robotics), Implementation or PMO. ·         Excellent networker with a proven track record in winning new clients and keeping your relationships with them alive. ·         Shows healthy competitive nature, jumping at the chance to pursue new business opportunities. ·         Ability to translate complex topics into simple terms and to lay them out for a variety of stakeholders. ·         Compelling communication/presentation skills, can get his/her message across clearly, but is also a good conversationalist and great listener. ·         People person with strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness, and with the ability to manage, influence and collaborate with staff and colleagues at all levels. ·         Leader that motivates and encourages those around you to do their very best. ·         Strong self-starter and possess a contagious entrepreneurial spirit.
