You'll skillfully create and implement sourcing strategy of the battery cell category, by leading cross functional teams across all plants and projects. Additionally, you'll ensure a competitive supplier portfolio to fulfill business needs in terms of technology, quality, cost competitiveness, supply, environmental and ethical capabilities. Moreover, you'll make sure that materials and services are planned and available for key stakeholders, including manufacturing and operations, in order to fulfill set business targets. Last but not least , you'll take care of the Total Cost Of Ownership (TCO) of the category you lead and manage RFI/RFQ process for your areas.

University degree in business administration or engineering or equivalent experience, in combination with relevant professional experience Proven experience of successful negotiations in large volume and complex business agreements as well as knowledgeable in financials and cost structures with a strong focus on strategic supplier portfolio management and supplier management Previous experience and knowledge of battery cell/pack technology, market, chemistry, active materials and main cost drivers Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Ebenfalls prima! In addition, you keep cool even when things get hot, and are curious to learn new things. Your formula for success: change = chance.
