At our site in Boeblingen, Germany, we are searching for a Customer Web Portal - Customer Experience Manager (m/f) Your task Advantest continuously expands its online product offering to provide its customers with easy and flexible access to the services they need. To support this growth a focused team is being established to further enhance the web portal and its infrastructure to create a state of the art customer experience utilizing latest web technologies. This team is responsible to define, establish and operate the processes, web-based eCommerce infrastructure and appearance of the web portal, using state of the art technologies and designs. As the customer experience manager, you will: Put the customer at the center of everything you do Own and define the design and structure of the web offering to achieve an outstanding customer experience Spearhead cross functional projects focused on improving the experience putting to use excellent project management skills Create a state of the art appearance and structure of the myAdvantest web portal Define and establish the specification of the web portal to support the product offerings of all business units Develop site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc. Identify and manage related external partners (e.g. designer ...) Maintain a tight linkage with all stakeholders Qualifications: Experience working in a globally focused digital business environment Proven track record of defining and establishing web portals/shops for a WW user audience Experience using customer insights and data analysis to improve the customer experience and/or experience working on managing engineering projects Experienced in developing web designs using internal and external partners Proficient in Web User Interface Design and content structuring Knowledge about key web technologies and practices Outstanding analytical problem solver with strategic and structured thinking Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment Outstanding customer focus Strong communication and soft skills (cross functional and cross cultural) Business fluent command of English We offer: Usage of state-of-the-art technology Teamwork in an international environment Open business culture with flat hierarchies Flexible working times Free space for creativity, participation on success Join our team!
