If all five statements apply to you, read on since we are looking for a Director Health, Safety, Environment and Quality/HSEQ (m/w/d) global Your Responsibilities The Director Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) drives the development of the company's global HSEQ strategy and roadmap as well as targets. Coordinates the development, implementation and maintenance of an offset of programs and actions to achieve the global HSEQ policies and procedures in collaboration with locals Promote a safe work environment in all locations based in line with the set strategy and roadmap Further development of an integrated Health, Safety and Quality management System as well as supporting third-party auditing and accreditation (ISO 9000/18001/45001) Establish and monitor KPI performance including data collection and providing reports to the management Develop and foster a clear global quality assurance program for all facilities worldwide including suppliers and business partners Carry out regular HSEQ reviews and audits / GEMBAs on site Train QA/QC staff at all locations and functions as required Your Qualifications Certified Health, Safety and Quality Manager with a proven track of records in a similar position in an international environment Sound track record in problem solving solutions including root cause analysis e.g. based on GEMBA, PDCA and/or Six Sigma Experience with project management as well as internal and external audits Ability to communicate to a wide audience from highly technical knowledge professionals, management and also external stakeholders Fluent in German and English and readiness to travel internationally frequently We look forward to receiving your application including the earliest possible start date, your expectations regarding compensation and all relevant documents (CV, References, Motivation).
