Provide diversity, equity and inclusion subject matter expertise in support of defined outcomes aligned with Enterprise and regional business strategies. Lead the EMEA Inclusion Council in driving Diversity Equity & Inclusion strategic regional work. Provide effective guidance to Associate affinity groups and their leadership teams to ensure alignment and integration with regional business needs and Enterprise DE&I goals. Develop and deliver diversity learning sessions, including train-the-trainer and sessions focused on specific aspects of diversity. Gather and identify critical issues or areas of strength or concern, and share back with the DE&I Center of Excellence to leverage learning and elevate issues so they can be addressed. Support DE&I communications strategy in collaboration with Communications team and other key stakeholders. Leverage external data and researched best practices, translate information into culturally-relevant terms and apply in a variety of contexts. Analyze data and insights to identify, understand and articulate the key inputs and metrics that tell the story of the DE&I strategy and its progress. Translate emerging themes into clear action plans and deliverables, track measures of success, manage risk, communicate progress and milestones to stakeholders, and enlist the support of others through a shared vision. Develop and maintain internal partnerships across Gore including with the communications team, Legal, and other HR functions and COEs. Serve as the liaison for external partners in support of the DE&I strategy.

Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree combined with significant experience working respectfully across global dimensions of diversity, including also regional issues and trends. Broad experience with coaching and developing and delivering diversity training. Ability to lead in a way that motivates and influences stakeholders especially in a highly matrixed capacity to effectively build trust and constructively work through difficult conversations. Ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple work streams of activities in the face of ambiguity in a global environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, presentation, and writing skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and team oriented approach to flexibly solve problems. Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 25 %).
