The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of Senior Management Team setting strategic direction for the fast growing business, who is able to strategically build and diversify financial policy, procedures and practices and ensuring adequate financial resources in place to execute. Due to complex organization and entering a phase of acquisition and factory building the role requires a solid professional background in a comparable environment. Second important task is to handle the family office including coaching the third generation. It is a matrixed position responsible for oversight of all global treasury, finance, accounting, information technology, legal, compliance, risk management and reporting activities which includes internal financial controls, ensuring the systems and procedures in place to conduct successful audits and implement audit recommendations, all financing needs are well defined and secured with outside bankers, monthly financial reporting to the Board, annual reporting to the shareholders, banking relationships, annual audits and tax compliance etc.

Global CFO (f/m/d) The Environment Our client, originally founded in 1980, is a leading manufacturer of advanced light-curable adhesives, coatings, oligomers, light-curing equipment, and fluid dispense systems. The mid sized family-owned group employs more than 300 people worldwide and owns over 30 technology patents. The corporate headquarters are in Connecticut (US) with additional facilities in Germany (European headquarters in the Frankfurt area), China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Singapore (Asian Pacific headquarters). Previous employment in a US company and/or in different countries/ regions is strongly desired. You are well grounded in US-GAAP, optimization and consolidation of complex company structures and systems implementation. Your proven track record in building high performance teams including remote management in combination with strong consulting/ coaching skills and the ability to deal with different mentalities and cultures are a solid basis for your success. Being fluency in English is essential and international travel will be extensive; additional languages would be an advantage. The position office should be located in the Singapore, German or US office; other locations have to be discussed.
