As IoT Solution Sales for OSRAM INNOVATION you will be responsible for all CRM and Sales activities around the OSRAM «Location Intelligence» solution portfolio You will drive and manage the entire sales cycle - e.g. defining the target customer groups, identifying the right business initiatives, negotiate through closing and after sales support. Shape the future of light with us as a/an IoT Solution Sales Manager (m/f/d) Business Field «Location Intelligence» Location: München Your Duties OSRAM seeks an IoT Solution Sales Manager for our INNOVATION division   With our IoT platform LIGHTELLIGENCE® and IoT solutions for office and smart farming customers we have set out to revolutionize the light and building market. Our «Location Intelligence» solutions combine the power of LIGHTELLIGENCE® with software applications and smart sensors tailored to the most pressing needs of specific verticals in the light and building market.   For example, VISN is an intelligent workspace management solution providing a real time overview of office space capacity as well as an analysis to optimize the office layout. This way running costs will be lowered and employee satisfaction increases. As IoT Solution Sales for OSRAM INNOVATION you will be responsible for all CRM and Sales activities around the OSRAM «Location Intelligence» solution portfolio You will drive and manage the entire sales cycle - e.g. defining the target customer groups, identifying the right business initiatives, negotiate through closing and after sales support. Your responsibility goes beyond sales operations: You act as eye and ear to the customer, translating your customer proximity into valuable insights for our product and marketing roadmaps You effectively manage revenue generation and business profitability while meeting strategic business objectives Within your team you represent the INNOVATION spirit - balancing high achievement and accountability with a positive working environment Your Qualifications You have 5+ years sales experience in the B2B solution environment, preferably related to IoT You are familiar with the business ecosystems and stakeholder structure around smart offices, commercial real estate, lighting and/or building technologies Your high-tech affinity allows to understand and communicate the value of new software- and sensor-driven solutions to our customers You are an expert in managing and tracking sales activities in sales tools such as Salesforce  Applying your experience to defining and ramping-up the sales activities in a startup-like environment sounds like the right next challenge for you You own a diploma/master degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent qualifications You speak excellent German and English You will benefit from flexible working time schedules and workplace arrangements an attractive salary as well as our company pension scheme a wide-ranging offer of further education and training corporate sports activities and special rates Apply now and advance your career in a position that challenges you professionally and provides you with many benefits.
