To strengthen our team in Aschheim/Munich we are seeking to recruit a ITSM Support Specialist (m/f/x) Division Shared Services Your Duties Manage and continuously improve service management processes and tools with configuring new and existing services and the processes such as service request/ change/ incident/ problem/ task management Documentation of all new requirements and configuration changes implemented in the service management tool Develop and provide training for internal users with ITSM tools and processes. Manage the software release upgrades and determine impact on existing workload Work with stakeholders to derive and implement the Service Level Agreements, metrics and reporting Provide administrative, troubleshooting and technical support and to the users Your profile Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline with profound understanding of IT with several years of experience as an ITSM expert with change and incident management knowledge ITSM tool expertise for BMC Atrium, BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite or ServiceNow, Jira ServiceDesk.
