You are the primary contact person to your assigned customers headquarter, buying centres and main decision makers As a Key Account Manager you analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends. You are responsible for studying and understanding market trends and knowing how they affect your accounts. You should know how to identify and survey the buying centres and decision making units of the customer. The promotion of new products and services for fabrics, rolls/roll covers and consumables, especially with the VPFRS partner programs belong to your responsibilities. You agree and implement policies and strategies given by the contract and commercial manager for corporate negotiations. Work closely with the sales force, contract manager and the commercial manager will be part of your job too. You work closely with the sales force, contract manager and the commercial manager. Last but not least the further improvement of corporation and communication between the Voith Paper Business lines belong to your tasks.

Your profile You have a succesfully completed university degree in the field of industrial engineering, paper technology or business administration with a high technical affinity. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills belong to your strenghs. You have good knowledge about our customers business, as well as fabrics, rolls/roll cover and blades or the paper industry in gerneral. You are characterized by a self-responsible way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking. Your German and English skills are excellent in spoken and written; an additonal language is a plus.
