The candidate builds strong professional working relationships across all levels within the client organisation; stablishes a high level of personal credibility as a trusted advisor to key client executives Researches and understands the banking industry Deeply understands client business strategies and challenges to develop account penetration strategies and executes them effectively Builds and executes an Account Plan that includes both transactional and strategic initiatives to grow our client's presence and share in the account Develops Value Propositions that meet Client Business needs and converts these propositions into opportunities. Thus builds pipeline and then actively nurtures and converts into wins Works with quarterly and annual revenue & margin targets. Uses margin management techniques and actively drives account Team Management o Manage client expectations, provide updates to the senior management, participate in steering review meetings o Work collaboratively with various service lines to achieve the above o Overall customer satisfaction within Client organisation o Proactively defining, driving and tracking KPIs that drive value for customer, vis-à-vis their sourcing from our client o Mentoring project managers/leads & team members from our client, working onsite, to ensure that they are delivering a professional, high quality, high value & responsive service experience to the client o Escalation point for Client for any service and commercial issues and shows the potential to manage projects (if required) o Ensuring clear and timely communication and reporting of status of engagement to internal and external stakeholders. Key Account Manager/Senior Manager (Banking) Standort: Frankfurt am Main Gehalt: vertraulich For one of our client, a multi-national provider of customised information technology, consulting and business process services, we seek to recruit a Key Account Manager/Senior Manager (Banking). Position Overview Manage relationship with existing clients in Germany and Austria in banking and financial services industry. Owning full P/L with revenue of circa $10Mn+. Supportive role in driving Business Development for new clients. Identify & mitigate risks proactively Requirements o German Nationality o Minimum 10 to 15 years in Client facing roles in Banking area o Having a background in business/domain consultancy within core banking area o Commercial/entrepreneurial experience o Having large and valuable personal network within banking and financial services industry o Strong business acumen with an ability to understand and appreciate client's business o Articulate the fact that IT plays the role as process enabler in business o Ability to work with teams that carry disparate competencies yet converge to meet targets related to Cost, Quality & Time Other Skills/Abilities o Credible client engagement skills - across all levels with Client organisation o Strong leadership skills o Possess Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are critical o Highly organised and effective communicator o Strong leadership skills and can get things done o Reliable and dependable o Natural ability to build customer rapport o Self-motivation and ambition o Ability to manage own time and workload o Analytical and able to assimilate information quickly o Experience of working at senior levels within a company Jetzt bewerben
