Your role and responsibility: Responsibility for Global Mobility at Heraeus, acting as central governance function and key contact person for all international assignments Management of existing and selection of new global service providers in the areas of immigration, taxes, social security, and other Global Mobility services Responsibility for the International Assignment Guideline and for definition of group-wide processes and standards Ensuring compliance with internal Group guidelines and/or other legal requirements in the context of assignments (compliance) Supporting the implementation of international assignments from initiation to return in coordination with the regional centers, payroll, HR business partners, and business representatives Continuous optimization of assignment management with regard to standardization, process and cost efficiency, use of IT systems, and provider management Developing the role of Global Mobility to achieve its strategic goals Involvement in projects, for example in the context of HR digitization What is required for this role: Successfully completed university studies in business/economics (ideally with a focus on human resources) or comparable subjects Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position within an international company or consulting firm Experience in managing/coordinating external providers, in particular in the areas of immigration, tax, and social security Fluent in written and spoken German and English as well as excellent communication and presentation skills Very good handling of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, SAP knowledge advantageous Strong customer and service orientation with a high affinity for intercultural work High social competence, flexibility as well as a reliable and future-oriented way of working What you can expect: You can look forward to working for a highly advanced, innovative employer who will assign responsibility to you at an early stage and where you will be able to drive forward both our company and your career.
