What we’re looking for:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to drive a team of Partner Account Managers (PAMs) that will manage, develop and grow a set of named partners to drive revenue for Citrix in the Central Europe region.

As our new Partner Director for the DACH region you will provide leadership and direction to PAMs for all activities associated with pipeline management, portfolio planning, sales coaching, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish PAM operations to grow net new partner revenue through joint business, pipeline and forecast planning and execution to ensure affective achievement of PAM objectives.
  • Manage partner escalations and defuse conflicts.
  • Develop strategy for the territories and partners supported
  • Guide the development of strategic plans for partner relationships in an assigned region to drive pipeline and exceed “partner sourced” quota
  • Contribute strategic insights and direction to partnership business planning to achieve set objectives
  • Participate in sales leadership meetings representing partner sales
  • Champion rules of engagement with sales to ensure partner, Citrix & customer success
  • Monitor and provide insight into named partners’ business and technical service capability, financial results, and investment in selling Citrix products and services
  • Develop strong C-level relationships with managed partners assigned to PAMs to drive commitment to Citrix products and solutions and expected growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Citrix sales teams and leadership on partner business opportunities and escalations.
  • Pipeline management & forecasting across PAMs of partner-led opportunities and net new partner-sourced business
  • Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.
  • Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills needed:

  • Ability to expand and grow cloud technologies into the region through the Channel.
  • Ideally 5 years or more previous relevant leadership experience as a strong people manager – with both local and remote teams
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organization structures and matrices, drive change management initiatives
  • An in-depth understanding of the business of the company as it relates to the business priorities of the region
  • Lead, motivate and inspire your team to achieve targets 
  • Ability to work independently and willing to travel where needed across the region
  • Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced, rapidly changing and high growth environment
  • Commercially driven
