Reporting to the Operations Excellence Director in the Swiss EHQ, the Plant Manager will have overall responsibility for manufacturing (materials management, quality, industrial engineering, facilities, safety, environment and projects) and will work very closely with R&D, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other key stakeholders. The function is responsible for developing and achieving annual plant performance objectives - constantly seeking to improve and drive plant performance. The function will also champion and lead the ongoing implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodology. In addition to budget responsibility, we are looking for a real leader able to coach and develop the plant team either in direct or indirect reports. The Plant Manager is part of the leadership team and as such must be able to interact with management at all levels in different countries.

Profile: Degree in Engineering Minimum 10 years experience in managing manufacturing processes At least 5 years experience leading large teams Previous experience in a multinational, matrix organisation Fluent English and German Proven experience working with Works Councils Strong Continuous Improvement/Lean experience with demonstrated track record of problem solving Good change management experience Strong communicator, able to influence Geographically mobile within Europe and USA Jetzt bewerben
