To strengthen our team in Aschheim/Munich we are seeking to recruit a/ Problem Manager (m/f/x) Division Payment & Risk Your Duties Ownership of the Problem Management process within the devision Responsibility of the problem during its life cycle Set-up interfaces with incident, problem, change, configuration and release management within different devisions worldwide Manage problem tickets Monitoring of the efficiency and effectiveness of the problem management process and actively work on improvements, manage problem tickets Providing reports and KPIs to management Your profile Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology field, or several years of equivalent work experience Work experience in a customer facing professional service organization with experience in incident & problem management, customer management, business processes Required knowledge of working with ITSM applications, preferable BMC Remedy Ability to work effectively in a technically complex and agile environment with multitier application architectures, experience with service delivery Project management and site reliability engineering experience desirable Excellent customer service and communication skills, fluent verbal and written communication skills in English What we offer Challenging and diverse tasks with scope for introducing your own ideas and experience An excellent working atmosphere in a highly-motivated and successful team with an international company culture Further professional and personal development at one of the world's leading providers of payment processing An attractive salary as well as long-term prospects and being part of a successful company that is growing strongly.
