The Sales Development Representative Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH) will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Sales and Business Development including identifying new sales opportunities within existing and future market segments and distribution channels, then converting them into sales. Sales Development Representative DACH in Stuttgart (f/m/d) Your main tasks include to: Understand customer needs and requirements Generate new sales leads through calling Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales person for further development. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Report sales relevant information to management Maintain and expand your database of prospects in the DACH region Your profile: BA/BS degree or equivalent Experienced in telephone sales Structured and target oriented Native or fluent in German, with good level of English. French/Italian would be a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferably Salesforce.com Customer and solution oriented Ability to work on your own or in a team BA/BS degree or equivalent Application: You will work in a team-oriented environment within a flat management structure.
