The software solution provides enterprise-wide, real-time analytics covering all endpoints, users, applications and network connections.    To further expand the organization in Germany we are looking for the Sales Manager Germany (f/m/x) - Digital Employee Experience ID. 28816 Job Location: Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Cologne/ Home Office Your Responsibilities: Drive and expand sales to meet revenue targets Lead, coach and support the sales team of 6 - 8 account managers in order to achieve maximum results Define the coverage strategy in line with the company objectives Maintain business relationships with existing accounts and hunt for new business opportunities and customers Understand the customers' business pains and requirements Define and orchestrate the sales tactics in close relationship with a small and powerful sales and support team Responsibility for the entire sales functions including price and contract negotiations, in compliance with the company rules Spend maximum effort in supporting midrange and large direct accounts and orchestrate business execution in cooperation with the reseller network Your Qualifications: University degree or equivalent business qualification with IT focus Direct and channel sales experience in a system software environment Proven track record in selling software solutions and closing sales opportunities with large organizations and medium sized companies (Mittelstand) A good customer network and possibly a large base of user contacts with attractive accounts Proven experience in managing complete sales cycles from acquisition to delivery and enterprise license agreements Hunter and farmer mentality and excellent negotiation skills Experience in management and motivation of direct reports in sales environments Proven track record of developing and managing an enterprise software sales team Capable of attracting and hiring top performers   Our Offer: Responsible role at a leading European software vendor Attractive salary package Interested ?
