You manage complex projects and provide consulting services in all areas of operations (for example in production, logistics, planning and maintenance). Your consulting is characterized by strategically relevant projects in our operating companies, interactions with the management teams and the identification of long-term supply chain strategies that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will also include leading cross-site projects to increase profitability and productivity, as well as optimizing production processes. As part of international project teams, you will independently manage projects from conception to implementation and ensure their sustainability through regular performance evaluations. You will play a key role in the Supply Chain Excellence team and ensure that the team is consistently focused on customer needs, quality and efficiency. Using an entrepreneurial approach, you will actively drive the conceptual development of the Heraeus-wide Supply Chain Excellence approach. Coaching employees from our operational business units will also be part of your responsibilities.
