You will lead the team of business line controller and report directly to the CFO of Heraeus Covantics. Additionally, you are Finance Business Partner and part of the global management team of the Business Line Base Material. In the role of «Global Head of Business Controlling», you will be responsible for global sales controlling across all five business lines, as well as the global business line P&Ls, across all locations in Europe, USA and Asia. You drive the global budget planning, forecasts, consolidation and analysis of current performance. The focus is on growth and profitability, evaluation and explanation of deviations and trends, creating insights as well as developing recommendations for action and countermeasures. You will also be responsible for the financial evaluation of strategic options and major investment projects. At the same time, you will actively drive ensuring data quality and optimization of international controlling processes.
