Brand Leader Consumer & Healthcare Professional (m/f/d)
The Brand Leader is the representative and advocate of the Free Style Libre (FSL) brand and the according market segment and is known as local knowledge holder and go-to-person for the brand in Germany for internal and external partners. Developing and executing marketing strategies, programs and tactics with focus on strategic objectives associated with FSL to deliver against brand's sales, profit and market share targets Spending significant time understanding the market, trends, competition as well as the (unmet) needs and the journey of consumers/HCPs in a specific market segment of diabetes management/glucose measuring Developing and executing tools and programs for multiple audiences, including but not limited to patients, HCPs, relatives, associations and other external customers Provide input of local needs to the development of new global products/services and/or toolboxes and execute in excellence in the German market applying creativity to amplify e.g. via PR, digital, HCP, etc., respecting global guidelines Responsible for the brand performance management locally and corrective actions Actively participate as a focal point for the brand in a cross-functional brand team, and closely collaborate with Marketing, HCP Communications, Market Access team, (Digital) Sales, Commercial Excellence/Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs as well as Global and European teams
Advanced university degree desirable in Business/Marketing, Science or related fields (MBA preferred) Min. 3 years of experience and successful track record in product management and marketing ideally in the FMCG/OTC and/or healthcare area Product management experience Business acumen Digital affinity Experience with market research uncovering new insights Excellent project management skills to lead and manage the workstream and associated projects Marketing skills incl. concept development, marketing plan development, activation planning towards different target groups Very good PC skills (MS Office) Presentation, communication and collaboration skills Fluent German and good English language skills
