Responsibilities

  • Take a leadership role in customer relationships and technical consulting for the team, mitigating complex escalations.
  • Work hand in hand with the Regional Customer Success Managers and team members to support sales strategy and drive Customer Success initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed for customers including interactions with sales, engineering, product management and support.
  • Provide forecast of regional staffing needs and coordinate with resource manager to fill engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in client management or as a Professional Services Practice Lead.
  • Experience driving digital transformation using cloud-based solutions, specifically IaaS and PaaS, as well managing initiatives across engineering, sales, support, professional services and distributed teams.
  • Experience managing diverse teams across distributed geographical locations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation and on-time delivery.
  • Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders with effective critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Passion for developing teams and providing leadership to both formal and indirect reports.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
