Job description
In your new role you will: - Lead, manage & develop an Analog Mixed-Signal Design Team located in Munich - Execute IC development projects and manage resources as well as deliverables (schedule, budget, quality) - Bring in your technical knowledge (analog/mixed-signal) and provide guidance to the team - Be responsible for an efficient** development process and team setup using state-of-the-art methods** - Facilitate personnel development and support the team members individually - Drive skill development to deploy the strategic roadmap - Close collaborate with main stakeholders at Infineon (like other IC Design Teams, Central R&D, Project Management or Test Engineering)

Your profile
You enjoy building successful relationships and have the ability to inspire others for a common goal. You like to develop new and creative ideas, but also know how to push them to implementation. Most importantly, you are aware of the strengths, needs for development, and motivational drivers of the team members and deploy them according to their competences.
Beyond, you are best equipped for this task if you have: - A degree in Electrical Engineering** or similar** - At least 8 years of professional experience bringing both: a solid technical background as well as proven experience in leadership / people management - The ability to lead a team of technical experts that is
covering a broad skillset and level of experience - Very good communication and organization skills to collaborate with different stakeholders through all levels - Fluent English , German skills are a big plus
