The Position

Head of overall product development for the electronics Business Unit focusing on controllers and the ADAS domain.

Responsibility for design & validation of developed product, support of start of production and solving of problems during product development.

Responsiblility for ADAS core/platform development (AUTOSAR-compliant) from quotation through to production.

Responsible for Electronics BU engineering budget, incl. headcount budget.

Assist the development of long-term ADAS/Controller strategic roadmap with a focus on acquisition/in-house development of software competencies.

Setup and lead a world-class international team of engineers and partners.

Assist in pursuit of business wins with customers in multiple regions; provide data and description of proposed technical solution to create and attract customer bids.

Perform headcount related measure in accordance with the budget (incl. localization, make-or-buy-decision).

The Requirements

Strong electronic control unit (ECU) development understanding, including knowledge of concepts such as functional safety, AUTOSAR and ASPICE.

Strong understanding of software engineering processes and methods, including agile development.

Experience with planning and managing of ECU development for at least 5 years.

Experience with planning and managing of ADAS related projects for min. 3 years.

Positive attitude, agile and flexible and used to quick decision making.

Organizational and planning skills.

Innovative thinking and result orientation.

Ability to communicate clear and open, strong teambuilding and cooperation skills.

International and intercultural experience.

Strong English language capibility.
