Job Description
German SI Sales Manager / Russian country manager at Micron have total ownership and accountability for general business management and development activities specific to the entire Russian market and as well to develop SI / VAR within the German market. Sales ownership is expected throughout the entire sales process.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Establish strategic account planning, defining long-term objectives for key customer(s) with input and support of business unit(s)
· Establish plan for reaching those objectives. That plan involves assigning actions and ownership to the appropriate Micron team members
· Communicate routinely and proactively with internal teams to ensure that Micron is on track to achieve defined objectives. Creates transparency/visibility to performance and holds team members accountable for their performance
