We are a multi-billion-dollar globally diversified company that designs and manufactures various engineered components and products. Our growing automotive business unit, which exceeds one billion dollars in sales, is comprised of four main product segments with operations on three continents. Our customers include OEM and Tier 1 automotive companies. In this role, you will report to the VP of Marketing & Strategy and be responsible for development and execution of multi-channel marketing communication strategies for our customers and other stakeholder groups. You will define unique value propositions and develop the positioning of LPA as the leading technology provider and the chosen partner for compelling, customer-desired comfort and convenience solutions for the mobility industry of the future. Develop and execute multichannel B2B marketing communication strategies Define global product and marketing communication concept Produce comprehensive communication contents, visuals and marketing materials on product and technology portfolio Perform media planning, orchestrate and carry out PR, marketing, and customer specific Define and implement global online communication concept & guidelines, design and KPIs Define new website structure, functionality and contents, and supervise global rollout Develop social media, professional networks and forums engagement concept Develop design concept and contents for techdays and exhibitions for physical, hybrid and virtual engagement What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Design Min. 10 years' experience in Automotive Industry in marketing and/or communication roles Profound knowledge on B2B marketing techniques Profound knowledge on digital marketing tools and technologies Profound knowledge on online & social media marketing techniques Strong conceptual & design thinking skills Strategic thinking and ability to understand complex patterns Ability to listen and understand the technical needs of the customer Strong influencing, writing, and verbal communication skills International mindset Reasons you'll love it here: Our company culture reflects values like integrity, ownership, and authenticity.
