Provide in-depth analysis of relevant markets, therapeutic areas, dosage forms, product trends and regulations, customers development pipelines, competitors and installed capacities to support resource and sales force allocation Drive Sales Team and Business Unit members with marketing guidance, analysis of insights, identification of Key Success Factors for implementing actions and initiatives at Sales and Business Unit level Present insight for strategic investment and growth decisions to the top management (CEO, Head of Sales) Support the Sales team during the offer and renegotiation process with insights about the competitive situation, relative supplier vs. buyer power, and negotiation strategy Conceptualize and implement the new Pricing Centre of Excellence: Delivers effective pricing models based on insight into cost competitiveness and market context/customer needs. Build internal insight to better understand quoting factors of Success and can implement digital tools and cockpits to support the process Analyse and identify appropriate industry events tomaximize Aenova's presence through pre- and after event communications, conferences and campaigns

Bachelor or Master degree in business admin, marketing or data analytics with a focus on market research More than 5 years of professional experience in market research and intelligence including data analytics preferably from the pharmaceutical industry (CDMO) or healthcare industry Experience in B2B Pricing Strong communication skills, ability to understand and present complex relationships as well as numbers and data High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking, high degree of self-initiative, structured working method, clear prioritization, very good communication skills as well as confident and confident appearance in dealing with internal and external contacts, clearly recognizable team and customer orientation Extensive knowledge of analysis tools, databases and the use of MS Office, SAP, Blending, MS Dynamics CRM, Qlikview Proficient in English and German (written and spoken) We offer a growth-oriented, dynamic and international environment, which offers challenging tasks across the sites as well as active participation opportunities.
