Job Purpose/Role

The HR Transformation project focuses on the delivery of 3 major components: The SuccessFactors rollouts: SF is a cloud-based platform that will serve as the foundation for the Global HR Transformation system. To achieve productivity gains and the desired user experience, the Enabling Technology Tools have been added to the scope. Additionally, HRT 2.0 will roll out a new global ‘MyHR Portal’ (built by AZ Tech) which will enable the employees access to the relevant and most up-to-date HR documentation using a Google-like search function, and CHRIS, our new Allianz HR Chatbot (leveraging AI for continuous learning).
The Design & Content Manager plays a key role in co-creating and governing global HR processes and related SuccessFactors system design and the review, assessment and implementation of global and entity specific change requirements due legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements, including the collaboration between IT providers and the Global HR organization. We are looking forward to receiving your application if you are a committed team-player, communicative, flexible and enjoy to work in an international environment. #### Key Responsibilities • Contribute, optimize and govern the global processes and related SuccessFactors system design in areas such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Reporting
• Review and assessment of global and entity specific change requirements due legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements and evaluation of budget implications
• Project manage a team of external SuccessFactors experts throughout the solution design, testing and business acceptance of system changes according to time and budget including the relevant stakeholder management
• Liaise with all stakeholders around new global or entity specific change requests to the existing global design
• Support project team on meeting preparation, documentation and follow ups
• Contribution to develop global system design and challenges with regards to global processes and local entity requirements
• Hand-over of developed system solution design to the run business and support business communication
• Closely align with data privacy expert(s) for related topics during system solution design and implementation

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Strong academic track record; University degree preferably in economics, business administration, IT or similar
• Project management (classical & agile) / SCRUM
• Excellent command of written and spoken German and English
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Passion for HR / IT / Digital innovation / Transformation topics
• Consulting background
Experience & Key Skills:
• 3-5 years working experience
• Experience in managing IT Transformation / Rollout projects
• Knowledge in HR-Processes
• Proven knowledge in management of complex IT / rollout related projects
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficient and drive high-quality results
• Proven team player with problem-solving and conceptual capabilities
• Very strong communication skills and confidence in daily interaction with management
• Proven experience in an international environment with excellent cross-cultural skills
• Pro-active and independent working style with ability to deliver high quality results, even under time pressure
• Ability to connect different pieces of information to create a holistic view
