You are responsible for the development of innovative dough recepies according to the innovation process and portfolio strategy. For this you are a member of the international R&D department and collaborate with international product development colleagues to support product developments projects with your dough expertise. Furthermore you are working closely together with our production technology center to transfer dough recipies to existing technology and new technology developments. You setup, perform and coordinate the supporting analytical infrastructure to evaluate ingredients, dough, process parameters and finished good characteristics. You screen scientific research in dough systems and dough trends to transfer the results to our innovation process. In addition you build up the company knowledge on ingredients, dough characteristics, fermentation and correlated sensory functionality.

You completed an apprenticeship as baker. Your passion for dough and high quality dough products combined with your creativity are your additional characteristics. The capability to transfer scientific knowledge to practical approaches together with your knowledge of state-of-the-art ingredient and dough analytics complete your profile. Ideally you worked  in a bakery related product development position before.
