The People Attraction Team manages the recruiting for the entire Allianz Technology. This ranges from applicant selection and interviews to communication with the contract management department. In addition, the team is responsible for the organization of internal company events and the development of new recruiting channels. We are currently looking for support primarily for the recruiting of our working students and interns. Key Responsibilities Independent contact & communication with potential candidates on existing & new channels Responsible for a systematic identification of exciting candidates across different social media channels Taking over, optimizing and coordination independently the implementation of core processes in applicant management Supporting active sourcing activities for hard to fill positions Take over as a full-fledged team member both task of the day business as well as conceptual Strategic activities in the applicant management Supporting & coordinating HR Marketing activities Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Enrolled student at the advanced stage in psychology, business administration with emphasis on HR or related fields First working experiences in HR and talent acquisition through previous internships are beneficial Fluent German and English skills Proper use of MS Office programs Reliability, conscientiousness , commitment and initiative are core competencies You have an open personality and like to work in a team You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week) Additional Information What do we offer you?
