Support the implementation and further enhancement of the compliance communication, compliance program and compliance strategy in the Division Implement and improve compliance relevant methods, processes, documentation and supporting compliance-tools Review, monitor and support the roll-out of compliance Policies and SOPs Implementation, training and support of the Business Partner Due Diligence process Support Compliance Case Management process, take responsibility on follow up of reported cases, perform investigation and monitor remediation Supporting compliance tasks in post-merger integrations Develop and perform regular training and workshop measures (including e-learning) for the local legal entities and other relevant units within the Division Consult and guide local Compliance Coordinators Review of compliance inquiries and provide advice in requests Advise, guide and support the business operations and units to implement appropriate ICS, SOPs and processes which fulfill local legal regulations as well as Corporate and Divisional standards Identify potential compliance and ICS risks within the Division and propose appropriate actions to the Management Team Initiate and run learning and knowledge sharing activities in the areas of process excellence, ICS and Compliance within the Division Perform process and ICS benchmarking with the objective of setting appropriate standards and achieving necessary improvements in the countries Support of legal entities in internal audits, e.g. preparation and follow ups Monitor implementation of agreed action lists resulting from internal audits
