Medical Affairs is a critical bridge between R&D and the commercial organization to ensure that our medicines reach the appropriate patients. GSK has committed to building a new oncology business. To this end, the Medical Capability & Performance Manager Oncology is a critical role to ensure that the oncology medical team is well trained and executes according to set standards. The function is crucial to align the Oncology MSL Teams operationally. This role will also have responsibility for performance and training across all oncology medical teams at GSK Germany.
