In this role, you will link the areas of market insights (mainly marketing performance measurement) with consumer insights (including targeting based on segmentation approaches), trend research (based on global data applications (e.g. Mintel, GlobalData) and big data analytics (incl. e.g. Social Listening). This role is the link between marketing performance and insights on the one hand and the company's strategic projects on the other. In this position, you deliver a single version of the truth, from multiple data sources and big data analytics that tracks ongoing performance of marketing initiatives including competitor insights. You drive fact based decision making by delivering timely and accurate performance reports to the International Marketing team helping them to quickly scale up success and address pain points. You work together with the International Performance Manager Insights responsible for designing and developing a system of fully automated and ad hoc reports that serves the marketing community and other stakeholders with timely, accurate and relevant consumer and market and competitor data and insights. Moreover, you design and build a performance management tool that automates regular reporting (including the marketing performance framework, campaign trackers, innovation launch analyses, etc.) to deliver dashboards and real time updates where possible. You oversee the performance management tool at a category, brand and sub brand level, ensuring accuracy of reporting. You build on reports with insightful and forward-thinking commentary that highlights shifts and recommendations for marketing business owners (what - so what - now what). You train and support the (international) cross-functional teams to use the bespoke performance management tools. You are responsible to proactively flag data and potential issues to the business, giving recommendations for action. Further, you use champion evidence based decision making in Dr. Oetker and challenge where the fact base is weak or out of date. You own the quality of the continuous reporting data and the relationship with suppliers to ensure it meets Dr. Oetker's ongoing needs. You provide ad hoc performance analysis and deep dive interrogation where needed and support the strategy and planning cycle with deeper landscape assessment reports incl. Marketing Mix Modeling based ROI analyses.

Marketing Mix Modeling based ROI analyses.   Your strengths: You hold a degree in marketing, business management, finance, economics or equivalent.  You have multiple years of professional experience in the field of data analysis. You have proven excellent analytical skills. You have commercial acumen and technical expertise in designing and implementing reporting systems. You have a very good command of English in written and spoken language. You have strong attention to detail. You are motivated to work agile and embrace change. A strongly developed ability to work in a team, especially in intercultural staffed teams as well as very good communication and influencing skills complete your profile.       Location: Bielefeld / partly flexible agreement possible Start Date: as soon as possible   Want to shape future with quality?
