Process/Project Management Officer (PMO) Oncology (m/f/x)

Position and Key Responsibilities:

In your function you will focus on supporting the Oncology Germany team and report directly to the Business Unit Head Oncology Germany:

  • Administrative support, e.g. in procurement processes in SAP including fact-checking and approval of electronic invoices
  • Support of Budget and Forecast processes
  • Support the organization of internal and external meetings (e.g. sales annual meetings, advisory boards and congress activities)
  • Support the Customer-Facing Roles (CFRs) in preparing and collecting contracts for external local/regional events
  • Follow-up of projects status via monthly dashboards and other reporting materials and identify problems/delays
  • Contract management and procurement processes
  • Creation, production & shipping of materials
  • Support for the planning, control and goal achievement of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion in alignment with the Oncology Germany Team
  • Participation in the preparation and communication of project updates
  • Responsibility for the correct administrative process flow when carrying out regional events in the field
  • Management of the SOP database and the training tools connected to it


  • Commercial training; alternatively, an adequate qualification with relevant experience
  • Proven experience in operational process and project management including knowledge of the relevant tools, ideally in a cross-functional work environment
  • Professional experience in a pharmaceutical or medical technology sales company is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven way of working with an interest in health topics
  • Team players with willingness and flexibility to familiarize themselves with new topics and take responsibility in a fast-moving, innovative environment
  • Independent, detailed, but also pragmatic way of working
  • “Hands on” mentality
  • Good communication skills and very good spoken and written English and German skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
