Supporting the organizational goals of the university by Acting as the CRM lead for the Recruitment team to ensure an excellent prospective student experience Being responsible for the marketing automation software, and for all outgoing communications for prospective students Developing and executing recruitment plans to enroll a maximum number of undergraduate students Representing the Undergraduate Programs offerings at on and off campus events such as fairs, school visits and campus events Developing and managing on and offline marketing activities and events Recruiting, advising, guiding prospective students individually and following up with applicants to encourage application completion, submission and enrolment Analyzing regional and global market trends and identifying new prospective student pools Preparing relevant statistics and reports and monitor recruitment funnel Undertaking any associated administrative tasks as assigned
