To strengthen our team in Kenitra, Morocco we are looking for a Regional Security Manager - North Africa (m/f/d) Ref.No.: 111_T78_18-111 | Kenitra In this position you will report directly to the security director and be responsible for the Yazaki Europe Limited security operations within the North African region which includes Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal. You will implement security policies, standards, guidelines and programs across all product lines and facilities. Your responsibilities: Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of all facilities Assist with emergency and crisis management response Function as an investigative resource for security, human resources and compliance Assist with guard force management Develop, implement and maintain security processes and strategies to reduce financial and asset loss Assist with executive protection and travel security Coordinate and manage preventative programs and services to protect against business disruptions Communicate status of security issues impacting global processes Anticipate process partner needs and provide high priority to satisfaction and service Develop collaborative relationships; provide expertise, technical guidance, and training to ensure effective security services Provide site security and executive protection functions while traveling based upon assessed levels of risk Assist the YEL Corporate Security Director to manage the security operations capital and expense budget Your profile: Successfully completed Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred 5+ years of security experience with military, law enforcement, intelligence, public service or private sector and related field Strong knowledge and application of domestic and international security operations Law enforcement, intelligence, public service, private sector security experience Serve as an effective team leader Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative recommendations Solid project management skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills Strong client and results orientation Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse global cultures and business environments Able to influence senior management and implement changes to different environments Business fluent English language skills, multilingual preferred (German/French/Arabic or Spanish) Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel up to 50-60%, as required We appreciate advanced leadership skills, a strategic and analytical thinking combined with a strong target- and result-oriented approach.
