As RPA IT Business Analyst you are responsible for the definition and implementation of the RPA strategy, of the target operating model and of standards that ensure RPA is implemented in a harmonized way. Furthermore you take over the overall responsibility and key contact role for Robotic Process Automation and RPA program lead. In addition you will ensure and improve ongoing RPA operations. End-to-End responsibility from requirements gathering with the business until the successful delivery as specified Analyze current business processes in scope for automation and robotics Compile and elaborate functional and non-functional requirements Identifiy dependencies, synergies and redundancies Create use cases and the solution design Define and approve project plans, define specific development tasks, task dependencies, and time estimates to complete work in close alignment with our partners Review the technical solutions, develop the test approach, supporting quality assurance with creation of GxP compliant documents Define / align RPA budget (licenses, central resources, intercompany charging) Manage RPA company-wide community and affiliated employees of RPA Conduct overall project management including status reporting to management Ensure ongoing operations and maintenance of active robots with the external partners Delegate tasks to team of RPA CoE and / or steering of external service providers
