Bain’s Leadership Recruiting team is an exciting and focused group. Our work is centered solely on hiring at the Leadership level (Partner and Expert Program levels) across all parts of Bain. We work closely with leaders across every geography, industry and capability area as well as every business function globally. We are trusted advisors to the talented Bainies we already have in the organization.
The EMEA Leadership Recruiting Senior Coordinator will support our LR Managers and Directors with their searches and team projects. The Senior Coordinator will also interface with our clients (RPLs and GPLs), search firm partners and candidates on a scheduling, interview process and logistics matters. This individual will be privy to highly confidential candidate and internal Bain talent-related matters. Professionalism and discretion is an inherent attribute required for this role.
The Senior Coordinator will initially weight his/her time toward candidate support activities. For an experienced candidate, with a strong interest in leadership level recruiting and ability to quickly scale his/her learning curve, we expect the role will very soon morph into an equally weighted candidate support and LR ops support position.
Candidate support: 70% of role to start; 50% after ramp-up
LR Operations support: 30% of role to start; 50% after ramp-up
